Stayko Topalov

is an international expert with many years of experience in cellular telecommunications, cyber defense and anti-drone security in key sectors of defense, aviation, energy and finance. He advises public and private sector organisations, institutions, governments, banks, corporate groups and critical infrastructure sites in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. In his many international projects, many of them innovative, Topalov has demonstrated his extensive experience and academic leadership, always offering proactive, accurate and actionable solutions, providing his clients with a vital strategic advantage in the complex challenges of the global economy, threats and other critical situations. Topalov advises security services and military entities in countering electronic warfare and combating fake news. Topalov holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the International Business School and a Master's degree in Medical Management from the Medical Academy Sofia, has lived in five countries and is based in Bulgaria and Monaco. He is a member of the Atlantic Club, co-founder of the Hydrogen Cooperative, advisor to the Ministry of Transport of Bulgaria.

Dr. Eng. Ivan Iliev Milanov

is an expert with extensive experience in defence policy, international relations and migration policy. He is a graduate of higher military education, holds a PhD in cultural heritage and national security and has undergone training at prestigious institutions in Europe and the USA. He started his career in the Bulgarian Army, than he taught at the Rakovski Military Academy. At the Ministry of Defence, he heads the Directorate for Defence Policy, NATO and the EU, playing a key role in Bulgaria's accession to NATO and the EU. For two terms he was Defence Adviser at the Permanent Representations of Bulgaria to NATO, the EU and the WEU in Brussels. From 2012 to 2023, he was Director of the Directorate for International Activities at the State Agency for Refugees, under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria, responsible for international activities and management of ES projects in the field of migration. He is a lecturer at various universities and a member of NATO and EU strategic committees. Since 2015, he has been a municipal councillor in the municipality of Bojurishte.
